Graphic Design

Our designers are still adept at the traditional graphic design skills for when printed materials are required. We like to keep this as creative as our digital design, and love to create illustration and infographics to communicate complex message in print. We design all types of printed materials, so that they fit seamlessly with our clients’ websites and digital strategies.

Our Fanatic T-Shirt Competition is now open!

Every year since 2018, we’ve run a T-shirt competition here at Fanatic for everyone on the team. The brief is to design a T-shirt that represents Fanatic and our brand values, based on a given theme. The winning design is then printed and proudly worn by the whole studio. It’s a fun way to get our creative juices flowing.

Previous themes have included Inspiration, Craft, Summer Vibes, Adventure, Retro Media & Technology and even the Fanatic logo itself. This year’s theme is: The Great Outdoors 🌲

Keep your eyes peeled - we’ll be showcasing all the entries soon, followed by the winning design!

While in Miami last week, Ian spent three days with Sara, our TOG client, and Dan, our US based Client Director, for intensive workshops covering all things Benihana, building strategies to take their Rewards programme and digital marketing to the next level. There were also fleeting chances to enjoy the blistering heat, break out for lunch, and explore Miami by night.

Plenty of sunshine, good conversations and exciting plans ahead!

We’re big fans of a shared lunch at Fanatic - they always go down well, with an eclectic mix of dishes and plenty of seconds. But this one felt extra special 🌍🍴

To celebrate World Culture Day, we decided to do a shared lunch...but with a cultural twist. The brief was simple: bring in a dish that reflects your cultural background, heritage or a culture you feel connected to.

We had everything from Armenian halva and aubergine rolls to Greek gemista, Indian uppumavu, Spanish ensaladilla rusa, Russian olivye, Cornish pasties, Lancashire hotpot, Afghan biscuits, two trifles (for good measure), and more!

We celebrated a little early, but the spirit of the day was definitely there - a chance to try something new and share what we love.

Our SEO team is growing again - say hi to Tom, our new SEO Executive! 👋

Tom recently joined Fanatic after finishing a digital marketing course and jumping headfirst into agency life. With a background in marketing and a strong interest in SEO, he was drawn to the pace, variety and learning opportunities on offer and he's already getting stuck into some exciting projects.

Outside of work, Tom’s hobbies include cycling, cooking, and playing the guitar.

Fun fact: Last year, he cycled 200 miles in one day from Bristol to Weymouth and back again, fuelled only by energy gels, chocolate bars and Red Bull. The next day Chinese was very well earned.

Say hi to Hilda, our new Digital Marketing Executive! 👋 

Hilda joins us with a mix of experience in eCommerce, graphic design and even five years running her own weaving business! After seeing the impact of good digital marketing firsthand, she dove into the world of SEO, recently completing a course in Mastering Digital Marketing in an AI World.

She’s excited to get stuck into all things SEO and is already enjoying the collaborative way we work at Fanatic.

Outside of work, Hilda’s usually outdoors with her two boys or getting creative - whether that’s weaving, collage, or anything hands-on.

Fun fact: When she was about seven or eight, Hilda came second in a nationwide colouring-in competition in Ireland and won a Crayola set and her first bank account!
