User Experience & CRO

We track and report user behaviour data to improve the user experience of the site or app, aiming to convert the highest number of visitors into completed goals, whether it’s a checkout, booking, enquiry, or any other defined outcome. The user experience and resulting conversion rate can be enhanced by a combination of improving the design aesthetically and evolving the optimal user interface for your goals. This also includes refining the language used, the appropriate use of calls to action, and the quality of the content, as well as considering factors outside of design, such as pricing and competitive market conditions.

To achieve a higher-than-industry-average conversion rate, audience targeting, seasonality/timing, design, content, and the product or proposition all need to align.

Fanatic is growing beyond the UK - and we’re excited to welcome Dan, our new US-based Client Director! 🇺🇸👋

Based in Chicago, Dan will be supporting our growing number of clients across the US, helping strengthen our presence stateside and bringing our collaborative approach to new time zones.

Dan has spent most of his career in marketing, with a particular focus on technology that powers customer loyalty. But his journey into digital began in a slightly unexpected place - while working at an audit firm after university, he started managing their website and social channels, sparking a curiosity that’s shaped his career path ever since.

Outside of work, Dan`s fan of trying new restaurants, exploring new cities and keeping his many houseplants thriving.

Fun fact: he once came second in a Mutton Bustin’ contest at a rodeo in Colorado at the age of six. (Yes we had to google it too!)

Last year, we worked with STK (@eatstk), an international steakhouse restaurant, to design and build a new website. The project involved understanding the STK brand and how to bring it to life online, as well as tackling technical challenges related to multiple global locations.

The final result is a robust website that not only looks stunning but also delivers a seamless user experience - wherever you are in the world.

After two years at a specialist paid agency, Andrei’s joined Fanatic to expand his skill set beyond paid media - diving into email campaigns, new business proposals, and client strategy. He’s already made an impact in just a few weeks, and is excited to see results grow as he rolls out new campaigns.

Outside of work, Andrei’s a massive F1 fan, a long-time gym-goer, and has been training in Muay Thai for the past few years. He’s also deep into the Harry Potter and Star Wars universes - YouTube breakdowns and all.

Fun fact: He’s lived in the UK for 15 years but still hasn’t got a British passport (but yes, he’s definitely here legally).

Wishing you a restful long weekend filled with good food, fresh air and (hopefully) a bit of sunshine.

Last week, a few of us took on the Wallace & Gromit escape room - fittingly set right here in Bristol, the home of the beloved duo and of course, our Fanatic studio.

We split into two randomly picked teams that somehow turned into Digital vs Design & Dev. Both teams managed to escape, but with a twist: the Digital team thought they were first and had a mini celebration… only to find the Design & Dev team already sitting outside, having escaped two minutes earlier 🕒😅

A solid evening out, good competition, and plenty of laughs all round!
